詩魂全能指標發送方式：透過Tradingview平台，會直接將指標加至您的Tradingview使用帳號。
因此，為發送指標給您，請記得提供您的Tradingview用戶名稱。
Kindly provide your Tradingview account username as the indicators will be directly sent to your Tradingview account.
注意：請您確保所提供的帳號是正確的，尤其是大小寫，因這也會影響我們是否能夠準確發送給您。
Note: Kindly ensure that your username is correct before submit as any discrepancy will affect the process.

另外，請記得提供您的Email郵箱，因在發送指標給您後，我們將會轉發郵件通知您查收指標。
Kindly provide your email address for notification purpose after adding the indicator to your Tradingview account.
由於指標索取的數量，往往高達上千個申請，一般需要5天以上的處理時間，若有怠慢，敬請海涵。
Due to the overwhelming number of requests, which is about thousands, it usually takes more than five days to process. Please be considerate if there is any delay in the process.
如果您一直沒有收到我們的郵件，很可能是被誤判為行銷內容，而被丟到郵箱中的促銷內容/最新快訊的類別了。
If you have not received our email, it is likely that our email is misjudged as marketing content and classified as Promotions/Updates category.
若是如此，請您幫個忙，請您查找您的促銷內容、最新快訊的類別甚至是郵件的垃圾桶中，然後請到把我們發給您的郵件，手動移至主要收件匣。
In this case, kindly search our email in your Promotions/Updates/Spam category in your mailbox and then manually move our email to your primary inbox.
